SHIPPING POLICY
How are our jewelry delivered?

We currently deliver in Germany, Europe and worldwide.
​
Once your order is packed, within 4-3 business days, you will receive a shipping email with delivery information.
Delivery to Germany is made via Deutsch Post and takes approximately 3-4 working days and cost 1,60 €. Free shipping with orders over 50€.

For delivery in Europe, we charge a shipping cost of 7,49€.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 70€ . Delivery in Europe is made through Deutsch Post and takes about 5-8 working days.

For Worldwide, we charge a shipping cost of 12,89€.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 100€. Worldwide delivery is done through DHL and takes about 1-2 weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What if I don't like something that I received?

You have 14 days to decide if the item(s) is/are suitable for you. We ask that you handle the jewelry carefully and return the broken, dirty or disliked item.
How do I send something back?
​
Place the items you want to return in the packaging. Write the address on the packaging. You will receive information by email.
You can deliver the package to all stores and post offices.
Please note that some return costs are not covered by LUNAE.
Keep the delivery receipt issued carefully until you confirm the return.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation and refund the purchase price.
